Rodeos in Kansas

Kansas's headline event is the Dodge City Roundup PRCA Rodeo in early August, one of the country's storied open-prairie rodeos. The Kansas Pro Rodeo Association sanctions a deep regional calendar, and Kansas State Fair rodeo in Hutchinson draws competitors from across the central plains. Outdoor season runs May through October.
