rodeolist collects only what's needed to operate the directory: submission form data (event details, submitter email, optional name) and transactional emails (submission confirmations, decision notices, admin sign-in links).

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not fingerprint visitors. Admin sign-in uses a one-time link emailed via Resend; sessions are stored in our Cloudflare D1 database. We do not sell or share personal data.
