Rodeos in Colorado

Colorado runs a long outdoor season from May through October at altitude. The Greeley Stampede anchors summer; winter belongs to the National Western Stock Show and Rodeo in Denver each January. Colorado State University's NIRA program feeds a strong college-rodeo pipeline, and weekly jackpots across the front range and western slope round out the calendar.
